We believe that each child should be honored for his/her own talents and abilities and is created by God, in his image. Our belief is by partnering with the parents, who are the child’s first teachers, children learn to love Jesus first and love one another by helping each child to foster his /her relationship with God. This allows the child to understand and recognize that God loves him/her.
Holy Spirit Development Academy has established a child centered, developmentally appropriate, active environment in which children are presented a curriculum and materials which they can work at independently or guided by teachers in the long-standing tradition of Catholic education. Holy Spirit Child Development Academy provides children a rich opportunity to achieve their full Human potential through the development of positive self-image, self-motivation, creative acts of independence and cognitive learning within the prepared environment of the academy.
We follow the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards to create curriculum that is specific to each child and their cognitive, social-emotional, motor, and language needs.
Our staff and teachers are dedicated educators that aid in the development of your child through Christ-centered education.
The Holy Spirit Child Development Academy provides a safe and nurturing environment for the development of children and families in our community through Christ-centered childcare and preschool programs, in the longstanding tradition of Catholic excellence.

Ms. Erica has worked at the Academy since it opened in 2018. She has been in both an administrative and teaching role during her time and enjoys the complexities that each has to offer. Erica has worked with all age groups at the Academy and enjoys seeing the natural progression of child development and the way each classroom supports children as they learn and foster their natural curiosity and abilities. Erica has worked remotely for the school since September 2021 and has helped streamline our admissions procedures, create a digital presence, assemble resources for parents and teachers, and provide the school with content and information to assist in daily operations. She is honored to be able to fully support all families, current or prospective, during their time at the Academy and looks forward to assisting your family in the long-standing tradition of Catholic excellence.
